Pizzateca is re-opening its beachside pop-up at Aldinga, primed for summer sunsets and seaside picnics.
The pop-up will be ready to go as of Saturday December 19, open from 4pm to sundown.
Pizzateca is yet to reveal this year’s menu, but to give you an idea, last year the the pop-up served four select pizzas, including Rosso (sugo, basil, oregano, garlic, olive oil), Rita (sugo, parmigiano, mozzarella, basil, olive oil), Salami (sugo, mozzarella, salami, chilli), and Bianca (mozzarella, mushroom, basil, garlic, truffle oil, pepper).
This year, the Aldinga pop-up is fully licensed, and set to serve ice cold beer, Mclaren Vale vino from Alpha Box & Dice, and Spritz from Riot Wine Co.
Opening hours are as follows:
- 19 – 23 December
- 27 – 30 December
- 1 – 3 January
- 6 – 10 January
Then every Wednesday to Sunday until January 24.
