New precinct within upcoming $900m Seacliff Village has begun construction

The Village in the upcoming vibrant $900m neighbourhood has begun construction and is set to open in April 2027.

The retail precinct part of the $900 million Seacliff Village development has started construction.

The new centre will cost $67m, and will be a welcome addition for future residents of Seacliff Village, delivered alongside Villawood Properties as part of the growing coastal community.

Anchored by Coles, the 7,865sqm centre is being built by CIP Constructions and is set to become a convenient everyday hub. It will feature Liquorland, Terry White Chemists and Anytime Fitness, supported by more than 400 car parks, 10 electric vehicle charging stations and four dedicated click-and-collect bays. Metro Fresh and a sushi place are also planned plus a broader mix of shops, services and dining options. Once completed Seacliff Village will also be larger than the existing Brighton Central.

Designed as a key precinct for Seacliff Village, the centre will place essential amenities within easy reach for residents of this boutique coastal development, which includes architecturally designed terrace homes and future apartments. All of this comes with the added appeal of being less than 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD.

Seacliff Village is a joint venture between Villawood and the Gasparin and Brazzale groups. It will feature an $18m medical complex and 115-place childcare centre, along with more than 600 apartments and 143 terrace homes.

Seacliff Village has already recorded strong market demand, with the first residential stage almost sold out. Civil construction is complete, the central reserve is finished, and work is now underway on the terrace homes.

Once complete Seacliff Village will be a residential development in Seacliff Park and is designed to create a vibrant neighbourhood in a strategic coastal location. The new site is set to be revitalised with its mix of homes, apartments, shops, cafés, childcare, medical facilities, and landscaped public spaces.

The retail precinct in Seacliff Village is set to open in April 2027.
