New Rum Bar The William Bligh Gets Set To Open

There’s a new rum bar set to open in Adelaide’s East End this month.

The Adelaide bar scene is going off. There are so many cool places opening up around the city, particularly in terms of specialised bars. We’ve got wine bars, whisky bars, tequila bars and now we’re getting a new rum bar, The William Bligh.

This one’s said to be opening in Adelaide’s East End “mid-April” so we’re pretty excited. There’s no official launch date yet but we’re counting the days and we’ll let you know when we know.

While there’s not a whole lot we can share at this stage, what we do know is that they two level venue will be made to look like a ship inside featuring a copper-topped bar. They’ll also be serving up 23 different types of rum from all over the world, cocktails and just what you want to go with your rum – gourmet toasties.

The William Bligh will open mid-late April, operating from Tuesday to Sunday, with late-night trading on Friday and Saturday nights.

Head to their Facebook to stay up to date with the latest.
