It’s no secret that Udder Delights is famed for its cheese.
Blue, Brie, Chevre, Camembert – if you’re a fan of cheese, you’re probably a fan of Udder Delights.
The renowned company has now launched a vlog series in conjunction with Chain of Ponds Winery.
Named ‘Adelaide Hills-Billies’, the series will feature Sheree from Udder Delights and TJ from Chain of Ponds demystifying cheese and wine, one bottle at a time.
Short videos will be released each week on social media and longer episodes released onto the Udder Delights website.
The first episode was pushed out last Wednesday evening and featured a discussion about ‘congruent’ and ‘complementary’ cheese and wine pairings.
An area of intrigue for many, this episode sees Mawson Blue cheese meet a Cabernet Sauvignon and … well, we won’t spoil it for you.
Throughout the series, both Sheree and TJ will entertain and examine the interesting, potentially intimidating, and odd facts surrounding the famous (and occasionally infamous) pairing of cheese and wine.
Udder Delights was established in Lobethal by Trevor Dunford and his late wife Estelle as a goat cheese factory almost twenty years ago.
Now guided by daughter Sheree and husband Saul Sullivan, Udder Delights has been on the receiving end of many an award and is certainly well respected across the country.
