Adelaide food royalty George’s on Waymouth, Louca’s Restaurant and Diaspora Kouzina are teaming up to bring the people of South Australia an epic new dining experience at Henley Beach.

Right in the square, the aptly named restaurant will be called HNLY, bringing the esteemed knowledge of all three iconic Adelaide restaurateurs to the one location for the ultimate seaside eatery.

With a roster of producers from their experience in the industry, guests can expect a contemporary Australian menu with a heavy focus on local and fresh produce while catering to all dietary requirements.

Given HNLY’s seaside location, seafood will of course be on the cards, however the modern Australian restaurant will be much more than that with the expertise of Allegra Dining Room’s esteemed chef Riccardo Plazola.

Alongside the food offerings, HNLY will also boast a lineup of amazing drinks at the in-house bar, including cocktails and wine with a focus on South Australia producers, and also 23rd Street Distillery as the house gin.

Geared for a mid-spring opening, the sophisticated casual venue will boast stunning balcony views that will be able to seat roughly 30 people with high tables and a lounge to deliver a casual experience, with dining on the other end for a further 30.

Inside the venue, you can expect a space that can seat roughly 60 guests, alongside a private dining room for 10 if you’re looking to experience an intimate dinner.

Not only will HNLY be available for casual dining, but the venue will be open for event bookings including dinners, full venue events, high teas before opening hours and so much more.

To kick off the expected spring launch, you can be one of the first to experience HNLY in their first event ‘HNLY by George’ which will see former Masterchef Australia judge George Calombaris and the Hellenic Foundation for Culture host a charity dinner at the seaside venue.

While details are yet to be finalised, the ultimate event will be held on 30 October with more information to come which you can find on HNLY’s Facebook page, or, by subscribing to Glam Adelaide’s newsletter.

The powerhouse combination of restaurateurs will no doubt leave palates satisfied and crowds flocking for a night by the sea at the locations next big thing that will take the suburb of Henley to another level.

HNLY will be open seven days a week, for all day dining.

Follow HNLY on Facebook to keep up to date with all the details of their opening and future events here.
