You might have heard of Paella Hombre, the popular local catering service, well henceforth they are to be known as Paelleria as the beloved caterers prepare to set roots in Magill next week with the opening of their first shopfront!
Taste Spain with four paellas, cooked fresh to order, which mixes authentic Spanish rice with locally sourced ingredients that include chorizo (from the Barossa Valley) and olive oil (straight from the Clare Valley)! There are also vegan and seafood options so bring along the whole group for a meal.
There is a dine in area but the takeaway from this venture (literally) is that you can get takeaway from Paelleria.
Owner, Lachlan, has been catering as Paella Hombre for four years which has given him and his team the time to perfect their paella recipe to “include a mix of authentic Spanish flavours with a touch of Australian influence.”
Don’t be worried though, Lachlan and the team behind Paelleria are simply expanding their services so catering is still on offer! Their new takeaway restaurant will just mean that everyone can get to experience their slice of Spain.
Pencil in the 27th of July for Paelleria’s opening!
