Open from 5pm every Friday, you can taste the delicious citrus flavour of the handcrafted Ambra Spritz range every week, with select tastings of South Australian liqueurs and spirits.

Whatever your craving, Ambra has you covered with 100% authentic Italian-inspired spirits made with fresh ingredients, and the gourmet toasties on offer are a perfect additional winter treat.
The Ambra Spritz & Gin Bar has a fully-enclosed heated undercover area, as well as an indoor bar, so you don’t have to worry about the weather.
You can book out Ambra for an event, launch, corporate function or special occasion, too, with customised packages to suit your needs.
