Drawing on the unique energy of the ever-changing seasons, Threefold Distilling are set to release their new Raspberry Gin as part of their harvest series.
Each harvest release champions a seasonal fruit that helps create a wonderful gin.
The raspberry gems are grown flawlessly and were picked when perfect on January 25, 2022 at Adelaide Hills Berry Farm.

Once the best of the season have been picked, the raspberries head straight to the distillery to macerate for two weeks in the much-loved aromatic gin that so many enjoy.
Once this process is finished, a refreshingly, fruit-driven, yet dry style of pink gin is created and ready for the masses to enjoy for any occasion.
The raspberry gin is also dotted with subtle citrus and pepper that will help you immerse in that nostalgic Summer mood while the leaves change colour throughout Autumn.
Best paired with Mediterranean tonic, orange and seasonal berries, the Threefold Distilling raspberry gin is made in limited quantities.
