Dance music seemed to reach a new peak in 2025, and it shows no sign of slowing down this year. In fact there’s a hot new music festival on the horizon, and it’s looking like it’ll be huge. ‘Two Worlds Collide’ is a brand new music festival hitting Adelaide on February 6, and it may just be the hottest thing you experience this summer. Yep, hotter than an Adelaide main road at 3pm on a day where the forecast is north of 40.
We sat down with Dom from Culture, aka DJ Dimatik, and got the lowdown on this upcoming scorcher. Co-hosted by his event brand Culture – which Dom co-owns with Restricted – and Ascend, and in collaboration with the legendary Hardware & Symbiotic event company, the festival is pegged to be the ultimate showcase of dance music talent and hot summer vibes.
“Hardware & Symbiotic have been throwing some of Australia’s largest music festival for years now, so it’s an honour to be involved in the collaboration with them together with our staple brand and team in Adelaide,” says Dom, who is no amateur in the events industry, and is anticipating that crowd numbers will reach at least 5,000.

“With our Culture brand especially, we have set a really strong standard of delivering a rave or festival with top quality sound, lighting and special effects production whilst also maintaining a very safe and professional event standard,” he says.
What can you expect from the event? A brand new showcase with a wicked variety of musical styles and genres, ranging from hard techno, trance, hardstyle, and even some house music, and the lineup of performers is jaw-droppingly good. Headliners include global sensations Holy Priest and Restricted, and the evening’s set times will be structured in a way where the later the set is, the harder the music will be.
“We have such a diverse line up, it really caters for the audience age demographic of anything from 18-50…We even have guests over 60 who enjoy our raves and come regularly,” says Dom. He also hints that there is also something new and exciting on the horizon, but it’s all top-secret for now.
“We’re still finalising our final set up on this event, so I can’t reveal too much, but I can say that we have a tent structure that we’ve never yet used on one of our events,” says Dom. “The aesthetic on this tent is incredible and we know this will be a big attraction for stage number two for our event.”
“If you’re yet to attend a rave or dance music festival, we strongly encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and give it a go. You won’t be disappointed,” promises Dom. “The community is very welcoming. We know many patrons who have come to events solo and left with lifelong friends and a whole new passion for dance music & the scene.”
Along with the epic lineup of performers, no festival would be complete without some killer food trucks, including Cebu Soul, Greek Palace, and Wild Woodfired Pizzas. Phenomenal beats and mouth-watering eats – what more could you want on a blistering summer evening? Well, some incredible boozy slushies, for one thing!
You really can’t ask for much more from an event, so stop by Southern Rymill Park on February 6, doors open at 3pm, and let the music blow you away. This is one you won’t want to miss.
