NEW: Vietnamese Laundry Opens Second Street Food & Bar On Grenfell St

The new place brings the same delicacies a little closer to the heart of the city, so more people can access the goodness.

Adelaide is no stranger to great Vietnamese food. Ask anyone what their favourite Vietnamese restaurant is and you’ll probably get a different answer every time, which is just a testament to how delicious our southeast Asian-inspired eateries are.

If you’re a big fan of the cuisine, you’ll have heard of Vietnamese Laundry — if you haven’t, do not bring your clothes here, because you’ll be sorely disappointed. Or pleasantly surprised by your discovery.

Vietnamese Laundry is a street food eatery and bar, serving up all your fave dishes, from phở to bánh bao and bánh mì to bun bowls.

The original store, located on 152 Sturt St, is a cosy, sit down venue, whereas the new venture is designed as a takeaway corner, letting local office workers and passers-by grab a fresh spot of lunch and take it with them.

The new place brings the same delicacies a little closer to the heart of the city, so more people can access the goodness.

Want a taste? You can find the Vietnamese Laundry tuck shop at Shop 28 on 68 Grenfell Street (just inside the Da Costa Arcade), open Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm.
