Two legendary Central Market health food institutions are joining forces.
Combining their produce to create a wholefoods mecca, Central Organic and House of Health have united to form The House of Health Collective. The best part? This new health superstore will feature the wholefoods kitchen we’ve all been waiting for, complete with a peanut butter FOUNTAIN!
The kitchen, aptly named Field to Fork, will serve up meals created from the fresh produce and bulk wholefoods available for purchase in-store.
For over 30 years, Central Organic has provided organic, locally-produced fruit and vegetables, while House of Health has provided goods such as nut butters, muesli, grains and raw desserts.
It only seems natural (pun intended) that the gap in the market for a wholefoods store and kitchen be filled by the unification of these two family-run, Adelaide health community icons.
Head along to The House of Health Collective’s opening on Saturday the 17th of August to snag one of the 500 Goodie Bags up for grabs, plus complimentary raw treats and smoothies, and free samples of vegan soft serve ice-cream, CocoWhip.
Plus, if you share an Insta of the new store with the hashtag #houseofhealthlaunch, you’re in for a chance to win a year’s worth of natural peanut butter!
Pop by Stall 73-75 at the Adelaide Central Market from 7am on the 17th of August to check out The House of Health Collective.
