Bring your dancing shoes and head for the Adelaide Hills for this new grape-stomping, winery festival!
Vintage & Vinyl, Hahndorf’s newest wine festival, will have an array of unique activities, Sidewood wines, cider and food, and tunes from the Fresh 92.7 crew. The event is for over 18’s only and brought to you by Sidewood Estate.
You can get sparkly at the festival’s glitter bar, get your feet (and clothes!) dirty in a grape stomping competition, and get your groove on to sounds from local DJs. You can also practice your sword skills by opening a bottle of sparkling with a sabre and participate in giveaways throughout the day.
The festival, which will take place Saturday, April 17 from 11am – 6pm, will also have mouth-watering food options available all day as well as delicious wine, cider and beer from the outdoor Apple Shed bar.
Hosted by Fresh 92.7 and Sidewood Estate, the event is guaranteed to have great tunes, delicious food and wines, and beautiful views. You can be the first to try Sidewood Wines’ 2021 vintage straight from the barrel, as well as see the vineyard’s new cellar door and gorgeous restaurant.
Sidewood’s new fit out has a sleek black and natural wood deck, luxurious outdoor day beds, a stone interior with ample natural lighting, and well manicured lawns and landscaping. The stunning, newly renovated venue is the perfect spot for a fun day of grape stomping, music, and friends.
Name “Vintage & Vinyl” comes from the inspirations for the festival: wine and music. “Vintage” showcases that Hahndorf’s Sidewood Estate is in the middle of a great harvest, and “vinyl” emphasises the festival’s dedication to good music from event partner Fresh FM.
The first-ever Vintage & Vinyl Festival will take place Saturday, April 17 from 11am – 6pm. Tickets are $35 and include entry and a complimentary drink.
