A North Adelaide hotel has been recognised among the best in the region, with Comfort Inn Regal Park taking home a Gold Award in the 2025 Choice Hotels Asia-Pac Gold Awards.
The boutique North Adelaide property was one of just 31 hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific to receive the honour, making it the only South Australian hotel to secure a Gold Award this year.
The awards celebrate the top-performing properties within Choice Hotels’ global network of more than 7,500 hotels, recognising those that uphold the brand’s highest standards across guest satisfaction, service quality, sustainability initiatives and operational excellence.
For Comfort Inn Regal Park, the recognition came specifically in the category of Operational Excellence, an award that reflects the consistency and dedication of the hotel’s team.
Group General Manager at M&G Hotel Group Greg Winston said the recognition reflects the culture the team works hard to maintain every day.
“It’s what we strive for,” Greg said. “Our core values include teamwork, operational excellence and now promoting active engagement.”
Greg said the hotel’s approach centres around genuine hospitality and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door.
