The best part? This delicious new menu is here to stay.
Le Soup aims to bring the best of Vietnam’s culinary heritage right to your table, their chefs meticulously prepare each dish using authentic ingredients and traditional techniques to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
Owner and chef Michael Tran is excited to bring this new menu to life and to share the teams’ creations will new and old guests.
“This new menu is a result of hours of hard work from myself and my team, we’ve put endless hours and upwards of six months into creating all of these delicious creations and now we finally get to share them with everyone,” Michael said.
“We’ve taken an interesting spin on some of our traditional items, aiming to create something fresh and out of the box.”
Indulge in the fresh and vibrant flavours of their new dishes that are sure to become staples like their Banh Mi sandwiches which have taken Adelaide by storm.
Their new menu is set to include delicious options such as braised pork belly, MSA Rump Steak and to top it all off, a show-stopping slow-cooked 12hr Brisket to leave your taste buds rattled.
Is your mouth watering yet? These new menu options are a great addition to their already incredible menu, when you pop in to try out the new bites don’t forget about timeless favourites like their pho, banh mi and spring rolls.
“Alongside our new menu items, we still have our delicious traditional favourites which everyone knows and loves. While we love creating new items, our traditional menu options will always be available and will always be a favourite around here.”
