From now until June 9th, locals and visitors can enjoy a unique, cheese-centric celebration in a setting that resembles a snowy Alpine village. Step into a personal igloo named after renowned French ski resorts, surrounded by a scenic dusting of faux snowflakes and shimmering fairy lights, creating an ambiance of winter wonder.
“Raclette isn’t just a meal—it’s a French tradition of sharing, laughter, and indulgence,” says Vincent Hernandez, founder and director of the Raclette Igloo Experience.
With 14 exclusive igloos ready to host guests, each party will have their own raclette heater to melt cheese over a selection of cured meats, boiled potatoes, pickled onions, and cornichons.
This hands-on dining experience is designed to delight the senses and foster memorable moments among diners. Enhancing the festive atmosphere, guests can sip mulled wine or other beverages from the mini-bar, all while nestled under the glow of pine trees and fairy lights.
The experience is meticulously crafted to transport attendees to a quaint Alpine retreat, right in the heart of Adelaide. Authenticity is key, with French-speaking staff on hand and a Raclette Guide to ensure every visitor maximizes their culinary journey.
