France. It’s the destination that charms all who visit. Wandering down the picturesque, cobblestone streets you come across myriad cafés and restaurants. And now you’ll come across one in Adelaide, without having to fly anywhere.
Le Pas Sage is a quintessential French haven which offers a unique dining experience to its customers.

Owners Vlad and Charlotte are passionate about bringing a slice of France to SA, and are creating authentic French cuisine… but with a twist.
“We take old French recipes and dishes, and we modernise them. So there’s a real breath of fresh air to our menu.” Vlad said.

“Back in France, Charlotte has a burger food truck with her family. It’s that experience which has taught us a lot and really informed this new venture”.
As part of their menu, the team have created a mouthwatering Burger Croissant; a savoury masterpiece that sees a juicy beef patty topped with melted cheese and fresh salad sandwiched between a freshly baked, flaky croissant bun.

It’s an explosion of flavours and textures that will leave you wanting more.
Hot on the heels of their successful liquor license application, Le Pas Sage is now operating as an all day service bistrot. With a selection of amazing coffees, there’s also a bar with an extensive cocktail menu.
Think, cognacs, calvados, wine and other french spirits. There’ll be various home-made infusions, new cocktails as well as reimagined classics.

And what about the name? ‘Le Pas Sage’ translates roughly to ‘the not wise’. But there’s nothing ‘not wise’ about this.
Why don’t you stop in and see for yourself?! Bon appétit.
