Look out Henley Beach. There’s a new venue that has opened today, and it promises to be something really special.
Nauti Buoy is set to become the latest brunch spot in the morning, before becoming a bar in the evenings. So you can get your poached eggs and your cocktails all in the one, bustling location.
That’s right. They’re slinging brunch at sunrise and drinks from sunset.
The owners of Nauti Buoy are three best friends who have been in business together for a number of years. Harrison Raff, Dylan Auciello, and Danny Cooray own Loverboy, the popular Hindley Street nightclub, and also recently opened Studio Spring, a popular Pilates Studio in Norwood.
Now, after being restrained by Covid-19, the trio are ready to be unleashed on the hospitality scene again. They found the space in Henley Beach, and just couldn’t say no.
For this venture, Peter Rabbit’s Head Chef Renee Lind has joined in on the action, becoming a co-owner along with the boys.
The food will be created sustainably with fresh, local food which is very important to Lind. The seasonal menu is set to be crafted using local produce, and the coffee will be brewed with SA beans.
Their drinks list will have an extensive cocktail and spirits menu, and the wine list will focus on natural wines.
Head over to Henley Beach now and check out the picturesque spot.
You’ll be able to find Nauti Buoy at 1 Henley Beach Road, Henley.
