Having undergone extensive renovations, the once well know Jetty Bar has opened its doors revealing a crisp and contemporary beachside dining experience.

The Colley Hotel has unveiled its new restaurant, paying homage to its history; Molly’s. Having undergone extensive renovations, the once well know Jetty Bar has opened its doors revealing a crisp and contemporary beachside dining experience.

The new Molly’s is the jewel in the crown for The Colley Hotel, showcasing an Italian inspired menu. Highlights include Rigatoni Alla Vodka and a salame pizza drizzled in honey straight from their wood fired pizza oven. The new upstairs restaurant reveals a classic Glenelg view from the balcony spanning the entire width of the building. With views of Colley Tce and Jetty Road, the bell of the tram below, excites you for next Summer, having found the perfect spot for a meal.

Molly’s is centrepieced by a large feature bar, offering an extensive range of drinks on tap. The cocktail menu speaks volumes of Summer in South Australia, but with an Italian influence, including a range of spritz cocktails. With a menu designed to share, the antipasto and salumi options include well loved classics such as burrata with Kangaroo Island honey and Port Lincoln sardine fillets.

Molly’s is a tribute to the previous owner, having purchased what was the St Vincent Hotel in 1975. Molly was a pioneer of her era and well-known publican of Adelaide. Having lived upstairs in the building for 40 years, Molly would enjoy drinks in the bar downstairs and always wanted the hotel to be filled with friends and family.

The Colley Hotel, including Molly’s is now open.
