For the first time in Oakbank Racing Clubs history, the grounds will be filled with the trot of horses and the cheer of spectators for a Christmas Twilight meet.
Instead of the grounds lying dormant until the next racing season, Oakbank has joined alliance with Chi
ldhood Cancer Association adding the Christmas Twilight Race to its event calendar.
The Oakbank Christmas Twilight race is certainly a family occasion, recognising Oakbank Racing Clubs newfound relationship with the great cause. Entertainment and facilities are available for families, as Oakbank will welcome a new addition to its long standing tradition.
Oakbank will open its gates at 12noon and allow guests to enjoy the grandstands and grounds or to settle into the marquees. Oakbank is renowned for its large array of viewing and catering options with private marquees, corporate boxes and CS Hayes Room available.
The Oakbank Christmas Twilight Racing carnival will be held on Friday 10th of December.
Adults tickets are $10 with family packages available. Kids under 12 are free.
