Get ready Adelaide, another market is making its way to the Adelaide Hills this weekend!

The Oakbank Market is making its return to the towns Soldiers Memorial Hall this Saturday, October 9, with over 70 stalls brimming with exciting gifts and delicious local produce.

Kicking off at 9am, guests can expect to meander through the array of market stalls with a hot coffee from Carlo at Cibo Stirling in hand. While the usual line-up of artisan and handmade stalls will be making their appearance this month, several stalls will be making their exciting debut at the Hills marketplace.

Travelling down from the Riverland, Villa 34 will be selling their stylish homewares and clothing. Match your latest ‘fit with jewellery made from upcycled material created by local company Breathless Jewellery.

Whether you like sweet or salty treats they’ll be something for everyone to enjoy, with Coffin Bay oysters and Barossa Valley Ice Cream setting up their stalls at the Oakbank market soiree. Setting up shop will also be Torosay Farm Produce and Goodies Kitchen Garden, which will be selling their preserves this Saturday.

Boxed Jems will be satisfying all Adelaide sweet tooths with their scrumptious gluten and dairy-free treats at their regular stall, with Basket Range Baker and Frantic Whisk also providing baked goodies on the day.

A caravan with hot food will be parking itself at the marketplace, dishing up delicious vegan Chinese food for all the hungry market-goers. The Oakbank Soldiers Memorial Hall will also be frying up the BBQ, serving up a beloved Saturday sausage sizzle.

Relax under the gazebo as you enjoy the afternoon sunshine and groove to some tunes from resident Adelaide Hills band Almost Acoustic.

The market, which runs on the second Saturday of each month, will wrap up at 2pm, just in time for you to enjoy afternoon tea with all the delectable goods you collected throughout the day.
