As much as we’d love to be knocking off for the day, the discovery of a new popsicle cocktail menu at The Mayfair’s Hennessey rooftop bar, was too good not to share.
We already love the venue. Super classy, crystal chandeliers, an amazing list of Spritz cocktails and champagne, plus a great view over the city from their heritage rooftop. But it just got better.
As today cranks up to 40 degrees in this blistering Adelaide Summer, and 41 degrees forecast for tomorrow, there’s only one way to beat the heat. Icy cold knock offs. And you can’t get much icier than a popsicle cocktail.
With two delicious flavours to choose from, you can take in the Adelaide city views and cool down with a Vodka and Raspberry or Pina Colada Popsicle.
