This Sunday at North Adelaide’s majestic, heritage-listed Carclew Castle, you’re cordially invited to step into a world where fairytales come to life. Once Upon a Princess is hosting a ‘Princess Day at the Castle’, offering children and fairytale fanatics alike the chance to meet all their favourite fairytale princesses.
Have a meet and greet with all your favourite princesses, including Cinderella, Rapunzel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Snow Sisters, Arabian Princess, Island Princess, Dancing Beauty and the Little Mermaid. Plus, there will be a special visit from the Fairy Godmother.

Not only can guests meet the dazzlingly dressed princesses, but the kids can also participate in a range of exciting activities, like going head-to-head in some toddler bumper cars, or having the time of their lives in the balloon bubble house and jumping castle.
There will also be an animal nursery, singing and dancing, and (best of all), the Royal unicorn ponies, Ruby and Pip, will make a magical appearance, promising an unforgettable experience for the children.
To eat, there will be hot doughnuts, soft serve, and fairy floss. And parents, don’t worry, because you haven’t been forgotten. You’ll be able to get your fix of fresh barista coffee, tea, or hot chocolate on-site during the two-hour event.

Built in the 1800s, the grand Carclew Castle is as timeless and majestic as something out of a storybook. With old-world grace and charm, elegance and grandeur, the castle is one of North Adelaide’s most iconic and historically significant properties, remaining largely unchanged since its original construction.
With manicured gardens, a versatile ballroom, timber balconies and a three-storey turret tower, Carclew Castle is the perfect setting for a princess-themed occasion, where the fairytale begins as soon as the children arrive and spy their favourite princess peeking through a window.

Once Upon a Princess has now been holding magical events like these for over 8 years, bringing fairytale experiences to heritage sites across Adelaide like Carrick Hill, Auchendarroch Castle, and Carclew.
Tickets to ‘Princess Day at the Castle’ cost $85 per person and are selling out fast. So, if this sounds like the perfect outing for your fairytale-obsessed little ones, be sure to secure a ticket right away.
