One of Adelaide’s most highly-anticipated BBQ collaborations is returning to Henley Beach for a second rodeo this long weekend. Rik’s Grill, BBQ Adelaide Weber Store, and Mia Margarita present to you Adelaide’s greatest American Low ‘n’ Slow BBQ night, set to dazzle the tastebuds of hungry diners from 7pm onwards on Monday March 10th.
If smoked meats, wings, nachos, and refreshing drinks sound like your kind of party, then Mia Margarita is the place to be this Adelaide Cup public holiday.
From the all-you-can-eat menu, diners can choose from wagyu sliced brisket, sliced wagyu tomahawk, baby back pork ribs, grain-fed beef shin, smoked chicken wings, pulled pork nachos, crispy fried potatoes, homemade slaw, mac and cheese, chargrilled corn, smoked and seared pineapple, plus a range of salads, chopped fruit and brioche rolls. Just grab a plate, and load up!
The bar will be serving drinks from 5:30pm on the night, and while beverages are not included in the $75 per person ticket, there will be a selection of deals and discounts on selected beers and cocktails. Be sure to arrive by 6:45pm to witness the BBQ table reveal – they say it’s not something you’re going to want to miss.
To secure your spot, be sure to book your table in advance by prepaying the $75 ticket. You can choose from indoor or outdoor seating – the BBQ table will be upstairs, so outdoor diners will need to head upstairs to load their plates! Don’t worry though, Rik might even bring some BBQ to the outdoor area directly from the smoker!
While this BBQ event is certainly a highlight, Mia Margarita is also a fantastic spot for a casual dinner or a fun night out any day of the week. With a prime beachside location, the restaurant has great weekday specials to make dining even more enjoyable.
On “Taco Tuesday”, you can enjoy $15 Margaritas and $6 Tacos. For “Birria Wednesday”, sip on $15 Mojitos while digging into two Birria Tacos for just $21. Then, on “Wing It Thursday”, treat yourself to $7 Tap Pints and a whopping 1kg of wings for only $20.
