The Hilton Hotel in Hilton is set to make this Christmas a memorable one with its exclusive Christmas Day Lunch at Bobbi’s, the hotel’s latest dining gem.
For just $140 per person, you can indulge in a four-course menu accompanied by a three-hour drinks package, ensuring a festive celebration without the hassle of preparation and cleaning.
Bobbi’s Bar & Restaurant, which opened its doors earlier in the year in August, is a blend of modern Australian cuisine with a touch of Italian heritage.
The restaurant is a heartfelt tribute to the late Robert ‘Bob’ Franzon and is a reflection of the Hilton Hotel’s rich history and commitment to the community.
James Franzon, Hilton Hotel’s Second Generation Hotelier, describes Bobbi’s as a space where the past is honored as they embrace the present.
The restaurant’s branding, with its archival photographic style, captures the nostalgia and history of the hotel from the lens of the Franzon family, while its menu, curated by Mareko Webb, former Executive Chef of Qantas First Class International Lounge, offers a fresh take on seasonal modern Australian and Italian cuisine.
The Christmas Day Lunch menu at Bobbi’s is a feast, starting with starters like Margherita Pizza and a Charcuterie Board featuring local delights.
The main courses include a Humpty Doo Barramundi Fillet and a 300g Market Cut Steak, complemented by carefully selected sides. For dessert, guests can savor the classic Tiramisu. The three-hour drinks package includes an assortment of wines, beers, juices, soft drinks, and more.
Children are not forgotten, with a special 3-course menu for $45 per child, ages 2-12. This includes a choice of mains like Kenny’s Burger, Hawaiian Pizza, and a Chocolate Sundae for dessert.
