Owner Sandra Palmos purchased the property in 2010 as a family home. She renovated the space massively and lived in it until 2015, when she decided to Airbnb the space.
It has five big bedrooms all complete with king and queen size beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites while the other three bedrooms have private bathrooms.
You won’t want to leave the stunning home which is full of entertainment. There is a home theatre and a games room complete with a pool table, air hockey table and a bar.
The open-plan kitchen, meals and living area centres the property complete with a beautiful open fire place for cold winter nights.
The lux of the space stretches outside too with a three-level decking/entertaining area with an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool.
There are balconies throughout the home, paying tribute to the tree house name overlooking the city.
Sandra said she wants her guests to experience a five-star luxury home with a friendly host at Hollywood Tree House.
“So many guests say it feels like they are living in an LA mansion which is flattering but I just want my guests to experience luxury, a dream getaway and somewhere they can relax in privacy with the whole house to themselves to share with family and friends,” Sandra said.
“It’s so close to the city, Norwood Parade, King William Rd, Unley Rd but yet when you are staying at Hollywood Tree House it feels like you are a million miles away in your own private oasis.
“Sitting up on the front balcony overlooking all the treetops, I just want my guests to relax, enjoy the views and take in the peacefulness of the area and the house.”
