The OzAsia Festival is the premier Australian event contributing to and engaging with the cultural landscape of our Asian region. The extensive program provides collaborations and integrates Australian artists who identify with an Asian heritage, with a collection of Asian artists; representing a unique cross‐section of traditional and contemporary cultures of Asia.

Established in 2007, the multi-award winning OzAsia Festival is a two-week event presented by Adelaide Festival Centre in September/October each year that explores the cultural engagement between Australia and Asia. The strength of the Festival is its diversity and commitment to cross-cultural exchange. By partnering with other notable South Australian cultural institutions the Festival has broadened its offering and cultural reach to encompass theatre, dance, music, films, literature, exhibitions and food. It epitomises South Australia’s experience and flair in creating large and varied events.

This year the 2013 OzAsia Festival program will be launched on 27 June and will put the spotlight on Malaysia with a number of Malaysian performances as well as performances and events from a range of other Asian countries and of course Australia.

Proudly supported by Major Festival Partner Santos, this year’s OzAsia Festival will run from 13 to 29 September.
