The novelty cocktails keep on coming, and the latest edition is giving us major summer vibes.

The Tower Hotel, notorious for their crafty creations of cocktails and more, have just announced the return of their Paddle Pop martini.

Need we say more, the delicious looking Paddle Pop martini is pink in colour, adorned with sprinkles and what appears to be the perfect pairing of whipped cream on top.

As the weather heats up, The Tower Hotel have wasted no time in jumping to it and delivering a refreshing, cooling and insta-worthy cocktail that’ll have you lining up for your next one.

The latest addition at The Tower Hotel is just one among a slew of crazy and creative cocktails taking Adelaide by storm, and we are loving them all.

In case you missed it, The Archer has been slinging a pavlova martini for months now, giving a unique twist to the beloved dessert and only making our love for the iconic dessert stronger.

Alongside this, you can also grab yourself a Red Ripper cocktail at the Bridgewater Inn if you’re after something even sweeter and slightly sour (at least that’s my experience with red rippers).

Whichever cocktail you choose (or all, no judgement here) they all seem to be the perfect springtime drinks.

Cheers to that!

The Tower Hotel is located at 621 Magill Rd, Magill SA 5072.
