Paper Tiger spices up weekends with new bottomless lunch menu in Adelaide

Paper Tiger’s new bottomless lunch menu features Southeast Asian fusion favorites and unlimited drinks for $89 per person.

Adelaide’s Southeast Asian fusion restaurant, Paper Tiger, is introducing a new dining option with the launch of its weekend bottomless lunch. Starting from this Saturday, patrons can indulge in a three-course meal complemented with unlimited beverages. The establishment offers two separate sittings at 12:30pm and 2:30pm, allowing guests to choose a time that suits them to enjoy their meal. Each session is scheduled for two hours and is priced at $89 per person.

Located in the heart of the city, Paper Tiger has quickly become a popular destination for those seeking a culinary adventure inspired by flavors from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Since opening its doors in April 2023, the restaurant has seen a steady influx of locals, shoppers, and festival-goers, all drawn by its unique and flavourful dishes.

The newly launched lunch menu promises a delicious journey through a variety of dishes. Diners can look forward to kicking off their meal with Prawn Toast and Laksa Dumplings. The main course features a DIY Crispy Pork Belly Bao and Green Mango Salad, offering a blend of textures and tastes that encapsulate the essence of Southeast Asian cuisine. The meal finishes up with a sweet note of Coconut and Mango Mousse, crafted to provide a refreshing end to the dining experience.

Drinks options are no less tempting, with an assortment that includes AB&D Sparkling Prosecco, Hey Tomorrow Red and White Wine, a weekly rotating beer selection, and an array of non-alcoholic beverages distinct to Paper Tiger.

Head Chef Benjamin Liew, who bases his cooking on his Malaysian heritage teamed with his experience in Japanese cuisine, has been instrumental in crafting the menu. “I feel blessed to see that Paper Tiger has generated such a loyal following over the last year,” he shared.

Front of House Manager, Karl Tang commented on the new service. “We wanted to give people a fun Saturday experience with a selected menu of Paper Tiger favourite dishes along with a bottomless selection of drinks for a fun Saturday afternoon.”
