The team at Paracombe Premium Perry has just proved to us that anything is possible with the realm of food.
Coming soon to The Shed, the distillery on the property, is a pavlova pizza, and it almost looks too good to be true!
On their Facebook page, they posted a sneak peak of the delicious treat. Described as a deconstructed Sourdough pavlova pizza, it is topped with a variety of fresh fruits, including blueberries, kiwi fruit, strawberries with whipped cream, crushed meringue and passionfruit pulp assembled as a flat pack flavour bomb to help you back into the good books.

While you’re at Paracombe Premium Perry distillery, Shed Door, walk amongst the orchards, sip on some crisp ciders and enjoy delicious artisan sourdough wood oven pizzas. Now dessert is covered, too!
Paracombe Premium Perry is an 88-year-old family orchard 5 minutes from Tea Tree Gully and serves a range of single variety apple cider and Perry (pear) cider produced onsite.
If cider is not your forte, they also offer a range of Lobethal Bierhaus craft beer and a variety of local wines including Totino Estate, Paracombe Wines, Rusty Bike and Lobethal Road.
