Love Chardonnay? Then you should enjoy it paired with a six-course degustation!
Come and celebrate Chardonnay with six delicious courses using all South Australian seafood at Stamps Restaurant on Thursday, 20 May at 6:30pm. Guests will wine and dine with the seafood dishes and three beautiful styles of Paracombe Chardonnay.
The menu includes dishes such as Coffin Bay oysters with apple and lime, Sicilian-style Port Lincoln Sardines, Coorong Mullet and Goolwa Pipis, Boston Bay kingfish sashimi, and Adelaide Hills Udder Delights Triple Crème Brie with balsamic fig.
These mouth-watering meals will be paired with 2018 Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling, the 2020 Chardonnay, and the new release 2019 Reserve Chardonnay, of which only 550 bottles were made.
Stamps Restaurant is a boutique restaurant located in Mitcham serving modern Australian cuisine. Underneath a heritage veranda and vines, the restaurant is named after its neighbour, the old community post office, and is situated in a suburban backstreet of the town. The setting provides for an intimate dining experience, seating about 45 people.
