Join the team at Paracombe Wines for a personally hosted private table, new vintage and specialty wine tasting experience accompanied by the Chef’s cheese and delicacy platter, followed by an exclusive winery tour and cellar tasting.
Launching October 16, each table will be hosted by one of Paracombe’s skilled team of winemakers: Paul, Kathy, Ben, Ryan or Nick for an intimate opportunity to learn about the wines one on one, paired with their Chef’s platter. Guests will then be escorted down to the underground cellars where Paracombe’s wines are crafted and aged for a rare barrel tasting.
The tasting experience will last two hours and will have three sessions: 11am, 12noon and 1pm. Prices are $80 per person and bookings are essential.
Paracombe is a family-owned winery, with beginnings dating back to 1983. Rising from the ashes of the Ash Wednesday bushfires, what is now the stunning Paracombe cellar door was once a tin shed on an old dairy farm, and it was there they created their very first wines.
Their wines are a pleasure to drink and enjoy, and the diverse range of both fine wine and exciting new varieties produce interesting blends, as well as traditional well loved favourites.
This tasting event gives attendees the opportunity to experience their award-winning wines, superbly matched with delicious food in a stunning venue.
