Paradiso Cocktail Bar showcases newly renovated dining area for Sunday Bottomless Brunch

With a new brunch format and a fresh look, Sunday brunch in Adelaide’s North has never looked better than at the grounds of Sfera’s.

Sunday’s. A day for rest. A day for relaxation. A day for brunch. And there’s one place we know that does a brunch like no other – and a bottomless one at that.

Paradiso Café and Cocktail Bar is one of the venues located on the grounds of Sfera’s in Adelaide’s north and in case you weren’t already aware, they have an amazing brunch offering.

Every Sunday for just $45, you can be treated to two hours of delicious breakfast cocktails (think Mimosa’s Bellinis and Espresso Martinis), along with one of their delightful breakfast dishes all while sitting amongst the lush lawns and greenery taking in the full 180-degree views of the newly restored parklands.

Bottomless Brunch isn’t new to the Paradiso team with the initial promotion starting just over a year ago however, the offering has now been improved with a new format in place to benefit every diner.

“We’ve adjusted the previous offering to now include a larger range of cocktails alongside a specially tailored brunch menu that offers the best of the range here at Sfera’s,” explains Sfera’s General Manager, Michael Sfera.

Quiche Florentine, Waffles with Chocolate Sauce, Smashed Avo and the classic Bacon and Eggs are all on offer as well as a delightful selection of Paradiso’s signature toasties.

But it’s not just the menu that’s had a revamp, the restaurant itself has also had an upgrade undergoing some renovations both indoors and outdoors to elevate the space and effectively, the whole dining experience.

“The whole front area of the restaurant has been upgraded including the park in the front,” Michael explains.

“Inside, we’ve added a lot of greenery to carry on the theme from outside as well as made tweaks to the appearance of the bar and the lighting. All of the furniture has been updated too. It’s truly a beautiful space to dine.”

Once your two hours have been and gone, those wanting to make a full day of it are welcome to take advantage of the Cocktail Happy Hour and get your favourite drinks at discounted prices.

If you can’t wait until Sunday (which is understandable), Paradiso is open Wednesday – Sunday and keep your eyes peeled on their Facebook and Instagram for any upcoming specials and events!
