Parisian Macarons to bring a taste of France to Adelaide’s West

A brand new macarons business is launching in September, bringing traditional French-style macarons to Adelaide in a host of incredible flavours.

If you’re crazy about French-style macarons then you’re in luck, as new business Parisian Macarons Adelaide is launching in Adelaide’s West next month.

Creating hand-crafted beautiful gift packs of 12 macarons, or show-stopping macaron towers of between four and ten tiers (perfect for any special occasion) Parisian Macarons Adelaide will begin taking custom orders and deliveries within the Adelaide metro region from their launch in mid-September.

The macaron specialists will even be offering ‘Bonbonnieres’ which make beautiful table favours for weddings, baby showers or christenings, with clear boxes containing each mouth-watering macaron.

Some of the incredible flavours on offer include My Parisian Praline, a handmade pecan praline buttercream with caramelised pecans, Choc Peppermint, Nutella, Lemon, Espresso, Raspberry, Choc Orange, Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies and Cream.

With every macaron hand-crafted in a host of delicious flavours, founder Kathryn Kris’ professional background in the wine industry was where her love affair with all things French started, with her husband even proposing on a trip to Paris in 2018.

A passionate baker of cakes, desserts and all things sweet, Kathryn discovered just how delicate and intricate creating macarons was when she first tried her hand at the iconic French dessert, with her first batch not even making it into the oven for baking.

Infamously time-consuming, Kathryn was determined in her plight to master the art of the macaron and succeeding in creating an enormous, pastel-coloured macaron tower for her 30th, after hours of pouring over recipe books and online tutorials, with the final creation a huge hit with friends and family, who urged Kathryn to start her own business.

Now a dab hand at executing batches of perfect macarons, Parisian Macarons Adelaide will be taking orders from next month through their Facebook, Instagram and website, and even have a dedicated Spotify playlist, that will give you over three hours of continuous French music, providing the perfect atmosphere for your next French-inspired high tea or dinner party.

If you fancy tasting these quintessentially French, traditional macarons, order through Parisian Macarons’ website or social media channels.

Collection of your orders from the Adelaide West home bakery will be available on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, with delivery also offered within the Adelaide metro region.
