Some people countdown to summer or holidays or a birthday. We countdown to Lot.100 Pasta Nights.
What has now turned into an annual winter offering at the Adelaide Hills destination, sees guests feast on an array of pastas, antipasto platters and sides while taking in the beautiful scenery and crisp winter air while rugged up by a warm fire.
This year will see two separate nights with your $120 ticket including all 3 pasta dishes, antipasto platters and sides as well as a 3-hour drinks package. And with an incredible selection of booze onsite (think 78 degrees gin, Mismatch Brewing, Vinteloper Wines and Hills Cider) it’s no wonder these nights have been a huge success in years past.
Designed by resident chefs Tom Bubner and Shannon Fleming, the menu will feature three deliciously authentic pasta dishes which are all handmade on-site and will follow Lot 100’s food philosophy that celebrates sustainability. All dishes prepared will make full feature seasonal produce of the freshest quality from the on-site garden.
Tom’s unique Italian flair will be perfectly complemented by Shannon’s Australian native touches which will all be based on what has been foraged on the day.
Pasta Night was created due to a pure love of pasta and embracing the cooler months because those of us who have been to the gorgeous property that is Lot.100 know just how perfect it is up there snuggled up near a fire.
The feast kicks off at 7pm with three hours of pasta perfection to follow served on shared plates atop long tables because good pasta is great pasta with the right company.
Lot.100 Pasta Night is happening 28th May and 25th June.
Tickets are $120pp and are available here.
Lot.100 is located at 68 Chambers Road, Nairne.
