Photos: 2019 East End Wine Down

Adelaide’s last big street party for Mad March was held in Vardon Avenue on the weekend. Here’s all the photos from the day.

The annual East End Wine Down returned to Vardon Avenue for its ‘Sweet Sixteenth’ on Saturday March 23rd. Adelaide’s East End transformed into the ultimate pop-up, showcasing a line-up of 150 plus wines across 30 plus wineries, a cider and gin bar, and tucker served up from a range of neighbouring businesses.

With a constant stream of new producers and new products, East End Cellars owner and event director Michael Andrewartha said, “East End Wine Down provides the opportunity for people to keep up to date in the world of wine.”

“We want to give people the opportunity to trial all the newbies and learn more about their longstanding favourites in our beautiful Vardon Avenue.”
