Coopers Brewery hosted an exclusive lunch event prepared by the Iron Chef for 60 members of the SA hotel and restaurant industry on Wednesday 13 April.
Ikuei Arakane (known as Kinsan) – the pioneer chef that established Melbourne’s acclaimed Taxi restaurant and most recently was the force behind Iron Chef events in Australia – prepared the menu using South Australian produce, paired with Sapporo and Coopers beers.
The event was held at Shiki Restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel in Adelaide.
