This distinct foodie experience is the first of its kind in Australia. Curated by the Director of the critically acclaimed CheeseFest Kris Lloyd, Ferment the Festival will give you the opportunity to learn about the process of fermentation, take part in hands-on labs with internationally renowned chefs, and immerse yourself in the finest premium products on offer.
