South Australian winemakers, the Rohan Family, launched their brand new Always Sparkling Brut NV in a lavish affair, at the hidden gem that is the Heidrun Estate in McLaren Vale.
Located in a beautiful part of the Vale, alongside vineyards and lavender fields, the launch event was a dazzling afternoon of celebration, wine and bottomless brunch.
Guests at the event were introduced to the Rohan Family, who are all about creating wines with character and elegance, and their new sparkling wine is no exception.
It’s a refreshing sparkling wine that uses green apple and citrus notes balanced with the acidity from lemon and lime peel characters to produce this dreamy blend.
Crisp, fruity, and easy to drink, it’s a great wine for celebration.
The intimate event was hosted at the Heidrun Estate cellar door which is a stunning secluded venue situated in picturesque McLaren Vale.
With a white and gold theme, and a swag of VIPs, this was a momentous occasion for the family run brand.
The event was filled with numerous photo opportunities at the wall of bubbly, on the swing ,and of course amongst the beautiful landscape of the surrounding vineyards. Other highlights include a mimosa station, DJ and glorious food curated and prepared by the renowned Billy’s Table team.
The biggest hit with guests was definitely the Port Lincoln oysters dressed in a sparkling wine vinaigrette.
Another highlight, was that the Lavender used in the Pavlova dessert was picked fresh from the lavender field nestled in the cellar door.

The Heidrun Estate cellar door is not open to the public until June, however, they’re available for events and functions.
