Pilates for Peace of Mind – and Body

man_pilates brainWe’ve all heard about the wide-ranging health benefits of practicing Pilates – but what’s the point of being physically fit if stress and anxiety stop you from making the most out of life?

North Adelaide boutique health and fitness studio Club Rhythm can help get your mind and body in shape – so you’re ready to take on the world!

To complement their popular program of Rhythm Pilates classes, Club Rhythm will host ‘Pilates for the Mind’ a new 4 week course starting Tuesday February 19 or Wednesday February 27 – which will set your mind on a positive track.

Delivered by Gary Jaffer, Director of equilibrium9 – a specialist consultancy providing business and executive coaching – each course will be delivered across four 90 minute sessions.

Available to existing Club Rhythm members as well as non-members, sessions will deliver practical tools which can be used in every aspect of your life to reduce stress, improve productivity and help you experience peace and mental focus.

“I’m thrilled to be hosting this course at Club Rhythm because the content matches our own philosophy about how to live life to the max,” says Magda Trofin, Club Rhythm’s Director. “With a strong, healthy body and a well-developed mind you can achieve anything you set out to!”

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century and is now practised widely worldwide. The course draws from the fundamental principles of this exercise method which – at its core – encourages the use of the mind to control our muscles.

The ‘Pilates of the Mind’ course costs $199 for Club Rhythm members and $219 for non-members. For more information on Club Rhythm, the course/presenter or to make a booking inquiry – visit www.clubrhythm.com.au or Ph: 08 8267 5400.
