With silly season almost upon us, it’s time to kick back and enjoy the welcome weekend sunshine. To celebrate the warmer weather, Pink Moon Saloon has launched a Sunday session at their iconic A-frame bar front on Leigh Street.

Introducing Bizzarro Sundays, Pink Moon’s series of sessions where Adelaidains can drop in and enjoy a tinnie of Bizzarro Spritz or Mischief Brew Tonic, good vibes and plenty of sunshine. Running each Sunday until December 5, the series is starring two local makers from across SA.

Bizzarro’s Spritz is a classic bitter aperivito, infused with citrus fruits and botanicals from South Australia’s Riverland. Its distillers, Delinquente Wine Co, are local to the area, championing the outstanding grapes and citrus fruits of the Riverland in their drops. The Bizzarro Spritz is toted as a subtle marriage between bitter orange, and sweet fortified neutral grape spirit, making it the perfect fizzy drink to enjoy at the Sunday session.

Pink Moon Saloon resides on the iconic Leigh Street in Adelaide’s CBD. Its unique frame is nestled in a nook next to Shobosho. While from the pathway it appears as a tiny wooden home, inside the A-frame a cosy bar retreat awaits. The narrow venue is split into three sections, with a leafy courtyard and booths that sit alongside a kitchen serving up small eats and wood-fired favourites.

The bar pours the best SA independent brews, top-shelf spirits, and creative seasonal cocktails all year round.

With COVID restrictions somewhat easing and the sun beginning to shine, the team at Pink Moon Saloon are also excitedly bringing functions back to the small space. The venue available is now available for your next function from Sunday to Thursday once again.

Pink Moon Saloon’s Sunday Series is sure to be a hit and a fantastic way to celebrate the sunny spring weather that has arrived. The series will run until 5 December from 4pm till late every Sunday.
