Pirate Life Brewing just released their limited edition Easter beer, and it’s chock-full of holiday favourites.

The special stout is a combination of chocolate chips and hot cross bun pastries.

“We took ingredients from one of the nation’s most beloved Easter treats and threw them into a beer,” the brewery says.

“The result is a festive beverage that’s bound to please.”

The dark stout even comes in a festive can, with white and brown cross print peppered with chocolate chips. The beer is a limited edition, so be sure to get in quickly to secure the festive offering.

“It’s an extremely small batch, so get in quick if you want to enjoy this one on Easter Sunday,” they say.

It’s available now online and from select stockists, or you can head to the brewery now or over the Easter weekend because Pirate Life is open for the holidays.

The brewery, which just turned six years old, will be open 11am – 8pm on Good Friday, 11am – midnight on Saturday, 11am – 10pm on Easter Sunday, and 11am – 8pm on Easter Monday.

Pirate Life is known for a quality range of core and unique, modern seasonal beers, such as their permanent acaí and passionfruit sour or their Adelaide Fringe Draught special. This Easter beer will make a nice addition to their funky family, even if only for a limited time.
