Plans for a new X-Golf entertainment hub in Windsor Gardens have been unveiled, promising to redefine golfing experiences in the North East of Adelaide and provide a vibrant social space for players of all skill levels. The premises is set to move into the old Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse.
According to a liquor licensing application they have submitted, the decision to establish a new X-Golf facility in the North Eastern Suburbs stems from a strategic move to fill a gap in the local market.
“X-Golf Windsor Gardens is the only indoor golf facility suitable for adults and families that will be located in the North Eastern Suburbs,” the application states.
Following the successful operation of X-Golf premises at Marion and West Lakes, the company recognised the opportunity to bring their unique blend of golf and entertainment to yet another corner of Adelaide.

One of the key aspects of the Windsor Gardens location is its proximity to a growing number of cafes and restaurants, particularly following the $50 million dining and entertainment precinct that opened at Tea Tree Plaza in October 2018.
X-Golf Windsor Gardens will cater to 120 patrons as part of the licensed premises. The venue will be open seven days a week, from 10 am to 10 pm on Sunday to Thursday, and from 10 am until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
If the plans for the venue follow-through, the complete fit-out of the facility is scheduled to be finished by December 31, 2023. It’s set to become a go-to destination for a hole-in-one entertainment experience.
