Polystyrene Foam Can Now Be Recycled in Adelaide

Have some Polystyrene Foam you want recycled? There’s now a few options in Adelaide where you can get it done.

With minimising waste and recycling at the top of everyone’s agenda these days, there’s been some tricky things that we’ve been guilt-stricken throwing in the bin.

One of those things is polystyrene foam – the dreaded material that ends up hanging around your garage because you have environmental hang ups about just tossing it out.

For so long this has been one of those incredibly tricky items which no options for recycling. But not now!

You can take unwanted polystyrene foam to the following three locations for recycling:

Alongside these locations, you may also able to return the foam to the store you purchased the item it came in from. Sometimes these stores have dedicated recycling systems for such materials, but we recommend you check this with them first.
