The team behind the steaming Porchetta e Canolli Bar in the Adelaide Central Market, Marino Meat & Food Store, are using their second location to treat the Westside locals to steaming porchetta for six weeks this winter!
Their talented and traditional butchers make all of the porchetta rolls you see spinning in-house, using female pork that is grown and raised in the South Australian Riverland.
They follow a traditional recipe that’s been passed down from generation to generation — it makes for the juiciest meat with a shattering crackling!
You can grab your porchetta with a house-made slaw stuffed in a roll or in a plate. And just to make it all that much better, the team are pipping fresh ricotta cannoli right before your eyes!
Catch them from this Saturday (10 August 2019) and for the next five Saturdays, from 10am till 3pm at 217 Regency Road, Croydon — snap, crackle pork!
