Prestigious South Australian Heritage Collection Wine Dinner returns

The highly coveted ‘South Australian Heritage Collection Wine Dinner’ is returning, after being cancelled in 2020.

The National Wine Centre of Australia’s Head Sommelier James Boden has today announced the return of the highly coveted ‘South Australian Heritage Collection Wine Dinner’ which, after being cancelled in 2020, will make its return on Thursday May 27 2021.

The previously sold out events have truly been a night to remember for quality wine lovers and this will be no different with noted wine journalist, judge and expert Tony Love hosting the evening.

A visit into the venue’s open-air cellar, the largest in the southern hemisphere, has seen James and his team hand selecting a stellar line up of South Australian heritage wines just waiting to be enjoyed by those in attendance.

In collaboration with Executive Chef, Steve Clark (named South Australian  Chef of the Year), these outstanding wines will be paired with an exquisite four-course menu of the quality one has come to expect at the noted National Wine Centre of Australia wine dinners.
