Launching in their Prospect store today and on the Stax app, cookie-lovers are now able to feast on a host of mouth-watering flavours of New York style cookies including Raspberry Shortcake, Biscoff and Caramilk.
Stax’s cookies come from Adelaide local and self-taught baker Bianca Mew, who launched her side hustle She Thicc Desserts earlier this year, after baking creative delights for family and friends.
Stax owner Zaynn Bird was thrilled to finally launch this exciting new chapter for Stax, after calling out to local businesses to collaborate with him on the venue’s first dessert offering.
“Bianca contacted me and brought me in a sample and I was blown away” he says.
“It’s been less than a month since I received the sample and here we are, with nine delicious flavours”.
The mega cookies will be selling for $7 each, or $24 for a pack of 4. With Zaynn recommending a 30 second blast in the microwave for optimum gooey cookie deliciousness.

Although previously offering milkshakes for customers, the cookies are Stax’s first addition to their dessert menu and are sure to prove a hit with customers eager to taste that insta-worthy gooey cookie that is tough to perfect when home baking.
The burger aficionados are much loved by Adelaide’s burger fans who are welcomed into a wonderland of stacked burgers, piled high with beef patties, crispy bacon, cheese and jalapeños.
