From November 1st through to Christmas Eve, Prospect eatery Rosemont Hall is running their ‘Rosemont Rocks Christmas’ theme, cultivating a party atmosphere in a departure from traditional Christmas celebrations. Think: old drum kits on display, guitars hanging from ceilings and stage lights aplenty.
During this period, the eatery will be offering daily lunch and dinner bookings catering to groups of any size. A two-course lunch banquet is available for $30PP while $58 dinner banquets consist of four courses, including dim sum and seafood courses, a variety of stir fry options and, most importantly, decadent dessert to sate the sweet tooth.
Fitting for the rocking event, diners have the option of the Let’s Dance cocktail special inspired by the classic Bowie hit. A mixture of London Dry Gin, Earl Grey, elderflower liqueur and egg white (protein pill), the drink is topped by a lightening bolt garnish to fully commit to the homage.
Friday and Saturday evenings will feature entertainment from a variety of Adelaide’s finest Drag Queens, sure to dazzle the night away under a soundtrack ranging from Brit Rock, The Clash and more, plus a pepper of Christmas carols for good measure. Find a sitter for the kids and dance the night away, Rosemont Hall style.
“Christmas is a time to celebrate all that’s good in life, from food, family and friends,” says Rosemont Hall owner, Aaron Ratanatray.
