Christmas Day is getting an upgrade this year as Pullman Adelaide unveils its most extravagant festive experience yet. It’s a lavish luncheon is back again, served high above the city in the Hindmarsh Ballroom on Level 15.
They’re calling it a feast of abundance, with more than seventy dishes laid out across stations and carveries, and seafood shining as the star.
“For us, Christmas means indulgence, celebration, and incredible seafood, and that’s where this year’s menu really steals the show,” Vrinda says.
Think South Australian oysters, Port Vincent king prawns, blue swimmer crabs, Tasmanian smoked salmon and steamed scallops. But they haven’t abandoned the classics. There will be roasted turkey with herb stuffing and cranberry jus, and Christmas puddings will still anchor the time-honoured favourites.
The team at Pullman Adelaide is inviting guests to celebrate in style in the heart of the city.
“We’ve elevated the celebration with a focus on incredible food and a wonderful atmosphere, ” says Vrinda.
“Guests can expect an even more immersive experience with an expanded menu, flexible ticket options, a new Christmas bar with free-flowing premium wines, beers, soft drinks and juices, and refreshed styling. Or you can take the non-alcoholic option too!”
She adds this event will create moments and memories for all the families who choose to enjoy Christmas at Pullman Adelaide.
“Luxury for us is about attention to detail, but it’s also about making people feel at home.”
There will be live music to keep the mood festive and a kids’ corner filled with Christmas films, creative crafts and a candy countdown. Even Father Christmas will make a special appearance.
“It’s all designed to make it easy for families to relax and enjoy the day together. We want everyone, no matter their age, to feel part of the celebration,” Vrinda says.
“Locals are increasingly choosing to celebrate here rather than behind an oven. Our guests can simply enjoy the day, knowing everything’s taken care of,” she adds.
