We all know that in the US as soon as it starts getting close to Autumn they start going gaga over pumpkin spice everything! Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin spice candles, pumpkin spice Cheerios… the list goes on. Luckily for us, Adelaide doesn’t have to worry about being left out of the pumpkin spice trend anymore with BRKLYN’s newest cocktail invention – the Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini!
Taking inspiration from the US’s well documented love of pumpkin spice, and Adelaide’s love of espresso martinis, BRKLYN have created something with resembles a latte but packs the flavour and punch of their well known (and loved) espresso martinis.
Featuring the beloved coffee liqueur and cold drip coffee that goes into their ‘classic’ espresso martini, BRKLYN have added butter vodka (who knew that was a thing and where can we get it?!?!) and their own special pumpkin spice blend.
We’ve heard that the spice blend features the delicious combo of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and pimento… and we’re very keen to give it shot!
The pumpkin spice espresso martini adds to their long list of twisted favourites, including the Roast Coconut Old Fashioned and the Maple Manhattan.
We’re pretty sure that as the evenings start cooling down, and Fringe shows start letting out, this is going to be the perfect drink for locals and Fringe revelers alike!
Speaking of Fringe, BRKLYN have released a special Fringe menu with rotational cocktails at a lower price, so you can taste test everything! They’re also doing $12 Ruben sandwiches until the end of the month, AND have 10% off if you can procure your fringe show ticket!
We’re pretty sure it seems like BRKLYN is set to be a stop on our Fringe food tour (because you can’t really eat at the Garden or Gluttony EVERY night…)!
