Following on from the success of June’s Winter Food and Wine Series menu, Coal Cellar + Grill has just launched July’s offering – Beef and Barossa.
The theme features an extremely rare 9+ marble score full blood Wagyu beef accompanied by a selection of celebrated Barossa wines. This includes a 2014 Torbreck ‘Woodcutters’, a 2013 Penfolds Bin 150 ‘Maranaga’ and a 2010 Fox Gordon ‘Hannah’s Swing’ – all handpicked to accompany the succulent beef.
Series two of Coal Cellar + Grill’s Winter Food and Wine will run throughout the whole month of July before the final series in August which will showcase Ribs and Rockford.
